provide crucial, flexible funding that can be used immediately to address the university’s most pressing needs
and strategic priorities.

Your gift is used exactly as you direct it. Unrestricted gifts provide flexible resources for the university’s highest
priorities, including student scholarships, faculty recruitment, and campus improvements. Restricted gifts support
specific colleges, departments, or programs of your choosing.

Absolutely! When making your gift online or via mail, you can specify exactly which college, department,
athletic program, or specific initiative you want your contribution to support.

Recurring gifts (monthly or quarterly) provide a dependable, sustainable stream of support that allows the
university to plan ahead confidently. It’s also an easy way to make a larger impact over time through smaller,
manageable payments.

An official tax receipt will be mailed to the address provided shortly after your gift is processed. For online
gifts, you will also receive an immediate email confirmation that serves as a receipt for tax purposes. The UF
