Fund Purpose
Supports the Florida Land Steward Program in the UF/IFAS School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences. Should the fund balance reach the minimum requirement for an endowment, the fund will close and the funds will create an endowment of the same name and purpose in its place.

The mission of the Florida Land Steward Program is to help and encourage private landowners to manage their lands for long-term environmental, economic and social benefits. An Extension program of the UF/IFAS School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences, we provide expertise and resources to help tackle the many challenges facing landowners, like controlling invasive species, selling timber, providing habitat for wildlife, planning for the future, regenerating a forest stand, and more.
