Cutler Research Symposium – CLAS
Fund Purpose
To support research symposia or all-day research workshops, held by the Department of Economics, in which UF researchers and external economists come together to present and discuss their current research projects. These symposia are typically organized around a unifying theme, for example, Pressing Policy Issues in Macroeconomics and International Finance. They create a forum for leading researchers to come together while simultaneously reinforcing UF's leadership and reputation within the economics profession and Florida business communities. The Department Chair will provide an annual written update to the donor to report on the activities that have been funded with this gift.
