Spendable income for undergraduate scholarships restricted to the College of Health & Human Performance for students who intend to pursue careers in nursing.
Nurse Practitioner, Linda Kay Mann Jackson, who earned her BSN from UF in 1969, and her MSN from Georgia State later in life.Made in honor of servanthood nurses in the Jackson-Doyle Family. In memory of Gator grad Kay Jackson Mann, NP (BS 1969), and Zula Doyle Cantrell, RN, whose husband, JC Cantrell served as the principal of the Kentucky school where HHP’s Professor Emeritus, Dr. Ruth Alexander, completed her teaching internship. Also made in honor of Peggy Doyle Porter, RN and Lisa Botoms Feder, NP. This scholarship acknowledges the nurses who prioritize the needs of others, and ultimately, improve patient care for all.
