Spendable income for resident and fellow support restricted to the College of Medicine, Department of Urology Additional Criteria: Support may include but is not limited to: 1. Travel, books, periodicals, dues, subscriptions, meetings and conferences, food, etc. 2. Participation in medical meetings at the local, state, national and international levels. 3. Purchase of AV materials, educational equipment, and operating loupes. Participation in research projects and/or presentation of research at meetings shall NOT be used as part of the selection criteria in determining which Residents and/or Fellows receive
