Tara Sabo-Attwood Student Development Fund
Legacy Statement:
We establish this endowed fund to honor Dr. Tara Sabo-Attwood for her 10 years of extraordinary leadership as Chair of the Department of Environmental & Global Health (EGH). Her vision provided the direction to grow the department faculty, its research portfolio, and its graduate programs from infancy to mature programs of academic, scholarly, and scientific excellence. Dr. Sabo-Attwood was also passionate in her support of graduate students. Thus, it is fitting that we recognize her long-standing dedication and mentorship of EGH students by endowing this fund to support student development.
Purpose:
To support students in academic programs under the Department of Environmental & Global Health, by providing funds for travel, meeting registration, training, or other expenses associated with student development needs as identified by the EGH Awards Committee or academic program director.
