Fund Purpose
Supports Escambia County 4-H youth members and alumni with post-secondary scholarships through the Florida 4-H State Scholarship program. Recipients must be a graduating high school senior or enrolled in a post-secondary program, in any field of study at an accredited college, university, or technical/vocational training program.

The Langley Bell Family has made a lasting and indelible impact on the UF/IFAS Extension Escambia County 4-H Youth Development Program with their transformational investment in 4-H. The Escambia County 4-H Foundation establishes this endowment recognizing the Bell Family commitment to service, community, and ‘making the best better’ in the lives of young people through 4-H.
