Fund Purpose
The spendable income from the Fund shall be used to support scholarship awards to students in the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS) Program who are studying in the College of Education. If the scholarship cannot be awarded to an MFOS student, then it may be awarded to a first-generation undergraduate student studying in the College of Education. If the MFOS Program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation undergraduate students with low family incomes who are studying in the College of Education.
