Ann and Lawrence G. Laiks Canine Cancer Fund
Fund Purpose
Will/Trust: the Fund shall support canine cancer research and treatment, subject to the following restrictions. The Fund cannot be used to provide salary raises of more than 10%. The Dr. Larry and Ann Laiks charitable Trust shall receive significant ongoing recognition for research supported by this Fund. Annual research plans and budgets developed by senior leadership of the College for special collaborative research activities relating to canine cancers shall be submitted to the trustee of the Dr. Larry and Ann Laiks Charitable Trust and will include but not be limited to the scientific understanding of cancers, training programs to sustain future discoveries, competitive pilot grants, personalized medicine programs, and immunoregulation of responses to cancers and manipulation of check points of immunity.
