E-mail: Stipend of $5,000 per year (two year maximum; in 2019 dollars) to be awarded annually by faculty decision to that best qualified doctoral candidate, or post-doctoral fello, pursuing development of non-polluting (green) energy technology. It need not be awarded if no qualifying person is voted to be its ecipient. If overlap, $10,000 (in 2019 dollars) could be expended in any calendar year.”
