Fund Purpose
GA: the spendable income from the fund shall be used to award the Ray Bierstedt award to a first-year intern in the Department of Surgery. If, after making the awards, additional spendable income remains, then the spendable income may be used to support the first year residents with travel-related expenses for meetings and conferences.
