Fund Purpose
GA: the spendable income from the Fund shall be used to support scholarship awards to students in the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS) Program. If the MFOS Program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation undergraduate students with low family incomes. If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, after consultation with the Donor, if possible, as nearly aligned to the Donor's original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
