Professor Prem Chand Jain PhD Excellence Endowment
Fund Purpose
GA: provide support to accounting Ph.D. students for, in order of preference, 1) journal submission fees, 2) conference registration fees, and 3) conference travel expenses where the student is a presenter, discussant, or similar role. Funds are not to be used for data collection, assistantships, or other regular research activities. Funds will be awarded as determined by the Director of the Fisher School of Accounting. If the spendable income cannot be used for the stated purposes, it can be used for adding to this particular endowment (Fund), or used for other Ph.D. students outside the accounting area in the College, preferably in the area of finance.
