Support programs and events in the Engineering Innovation Institute focused on linking engineering students with the arts to expand their creative mindset. Programs may include workshops and support curricular activities that bring engineering students in contact with artists, and co-/extra-curricular programs that provide opportunities for interactions between engineering students and faculty and the arts community from all sectors (e.g., artistic demonstrations/recitals by engineering and non-engineering students and faculty; meet and greets with students, staff and faculty from other academic units as well as other artists and creative types; engineering student exploration of artistic exercises and visits to arts venues).
