GA: support the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS) Program, with preference to students in the College of Journalism and Communications. If the MFOS Program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation undergraduate students with low family incomes.
