Fund Purpose
The spendable income shall be used to support Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars in the College who graduated from a high school in Brevard County, preferably from Merritt Island High School. If in any given year no such students are eligible, the scholarship may be awarded to any eligible Machen Florida Opportunity Scholar in the College of Education.
