Shri Kanjiswami Endowment in Jain Studies
Fund Purpose
Establish Jain Studies programming in the UF Center for Hindu Traditions (Center). To that end, the spendable income may be used to support research, teaching through graduate students, faculty or both, scholarly activities, guest seakers, conferences, and the integration of Kanjiswami teaching and philosophy into the study of Jainism and other South Asian Religions. Preference will be given to faculty, graduate students or visiting scholars who will teach, lecture and/or conduct research on integrating Kanjiswami teaching and philosophy with Jainism and South Asian Religions.
