GA: support merit-based scholarships for students in civil engineering or for compensating undergraduate civil engineering students selected by the College to serve as classroom and laboratory assistants to College faculty members in the Department of Civil & Coastal Engineering, to be conducted in accordance with the University requirements for the employment of students.
