GA: support the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS) Program, with preferences for recipients in the following order of priority: (1) students in the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management in the College, (2) students at the University who graduated from a high school in Martin County, Florida, and (3) students at the University who graduated from a high school in Palm Beach County.
