GA: support scholarships for the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program, with a preference for students in the College of Journalism and Communications. If the FOS program ceases to exist at UF, then the income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation students from low income families in Florida.
