Fund Purpose
GA: the spendable income shall be transferred to the following three funds: 50% to the spendable fund of the existing endowment fund known as the "HBCU Pathway to Law Endowed Scholarship" (F024995/6), which provides financial assistance to graduates of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) pursuing a legal education at UF Law. 40% to the spendable fund of the existing endowment fund known as the "Center for the Study of Race and Race Relations Lecture Series" (F007361/2), which covers expenses for a visiting lecture series. 10% to the existing non-endowed fund known as the "Black Law Student Association, George Allen Chapter at Levin College of Law".
