GA: provide one-time dissertation research grants or awards for one or more doctoral students who are enrolled in the Ph.D. or Ed.D. tracks of the Higher Education Administration Program. To be eligible to receive this award, the candidate’s dissertation research proposal must focus on community or state colleges and have been endorsed by his/her/their dissertation chair.
