Fund Purpose
GA: scholarships to students who graduated from high schools in Alachua County, Columbia County, and Gilchrist County, excluding the cities of Gainesville and Lake City. The preference shall first be for students graduating from Santa Fe High School who are from High Springs, Florida. In the event there are no Machen scholars who meet the preference, a scholar from Gainesville or Lake City may be awarded.
