Fund Purpose
The principal of the Fund shall be held and invested by the Foundation and the spendable income from the Fund shall be used exclusively to support the Applied Real Estate Research Program, including, but not limited to, the salary of an executive director and to fund focused research and publication of related issues or interest to professionals, policy makers, and the public on matters of practical application to the Real Estate Industry.
