V. Mohan Endowed Scholarship in ISE
Fund Purpose
Support scholarships in U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in ISE who participated in STEPUP. If, for any given year, there are not qualifying students, the scholarship shall support ISE students with a demonstrated commitment in making meaningful contributions to a pluralistic community and the continuation of a diverse student body; sensitivity to and understanding of racial, ethnic, gender, and other diversity issues in society; commitment to learning to better communicate across the social lines of gender, race, ethnicity, generation, geography, and class; ability to overcome educational social, or family disadvantages; and academic merit and leadership potential; as determined by the ISE chair.
