Timothy C. Flynn, M.D. Surgical Resident Leadership Endowment
Fund Purpose
Pledge: provide for an annual leadership evaluation and training for department of surgery residents in their final year of residency. Remaining funds in the spendable after the evaluation and training have been provided shall be used to present an award in Dr. Flynn's name to a resident chosen by their peers as a reward for consistently doing the right thing when presented with touch decisions. (After September 7, 2019, one year after Dr. Tim Flynn's retirement, this fund shall be renamed and exist as "Timothy C. Flynn, M.D. Surgical Resident Leadership Endowment").
