Jon and Beverly Thompson Earth Systems Program Endowment

Support the UF Thompson Earth Systems Institute in its mission to advance communication and public understanding of current research discoveries about Earth’s natural systems in Florida and beyond. Using innovative communication and technology, these discoveries are made available to K-12 educators, community scientists, lifelong learners and various interested public and private stakeholders. The Institute’s mission is to empower Floridians of all ages to make informed decisions that directly affect our environment and well-being.
