Fund Purpose
GA: provide supplemental support to students in the English Language Institute at the College as determined by the Director. If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, after consultation with the Donor if possible, as nearly aligned to the Donor's original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
