Supports generous fellowship awards to graduate students within the Department of Animal Sciences in UF/IFAS. These awards shall be renewable during the students’ time in graduate school. It is the Donors’ wish, to the extent possible, that these awards be large enough so the student does not need to undertake additional outside employment. Preference should be given to students with U.S. citizenship (if possible) studying poultry. The Donor recognizes that UF does not currently have a Poultry Science research program but has in the past of which Donor was a member of the Department. Current poultry programs focus on extension and teaching activities.
