Fund Purpose
GA: Award two scholarships or fellowships annually to two upper level undergraduate or graduate students in the College's M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management who demonstrate a dedication to academic excellence. If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, after consultation with the Donor if possible, as nearly aligned to the Donor's original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
