John and Iris Beidler Scholarship

Supports undergraduate and graduate scholarships to support students majoring in Entomology at the University of Florida.
John, who served nearly five decades in mosquito control, and his wife, Iris, who devoted many years to teaching elementary students, shared a strong commitment to education. In support of this, and in honor of their parents’ many extraordinary achievements, the Beidler children and grandchildren established this scholarship.
