Support research that seeks to understand fundamental aspects human papillomaviruses (HPV) and polyomaviruses (PyV) such as SV40 and BK virus. Supported research will seek to understand fundamental aspects of the viral life cycles that might eventually be exploited for therapeutic intervention in human disease.
