Rafael Crespo, Jr. Conservation Endowment

Supports wildlife conservation research, with a preference for research on issues affecting the American crocodile and South Florida ecosystems.
As lead biologist for the University’s American Crocodile Monitoring Program, Rafael Crespo, Jr., dedicated his life to protecting the environment and wildlife of South Florida. Rafael’s family, friends, and coworkers created this endowment to honor their respected leader, mentor, and friend, and to ensure that his legacy will live on and benefit the place he loved.
