This fund provides funding for State level 4-H Volunteer Leader Forums. May be used for, but not limited to, county delegate attendance fees; speaker fees; or materials, printing, audio visuals. Also, to provide funding for district and/or area level Volunteer Leader Training; and provide scholarships for Volunteer Leaders to attend regional or national training forums.
