Fund Purpose
Support scholarship awards to Area B 4-H Horse Program participants to further their education beyond high school by attending a vocational school, Community College, College or University. The recipient will be selected by the State Horse Review Committee. Awards will be announced at the State 4-H Horse Show each year.
