Dallas Osborne 4-H Scholarship Endowment
This fund supports scholarship awards to Area B 4-H Horse Program participants to further their education beyond high school. The recipient will be selected by the State Horse Review Committee. Awards will be announced at the State 4-H Horse Show each year.
