Fund Purpose
Provide scholarship award(s) for undergraduate or graduate student(s) studying and/or working in organic horticulture. Once the fund reaches the minimum level established for an endowment, the fund shall be endowed and the name updated to the Frank Oakes Scholarship Endowment for Organic Horticulture.
