Jeffrey earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida in 1985. He has extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry. Jeffrey is a managing director and Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Houlihan Lokey. He was previously a managing director at Milestone Advisors, where he headed the firm’s national mortgage banking advisory practice. Milestone was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in December 2012. Prior to joining Milestone, Jeffrey was managing director of BayView Financial Advisory Services, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in the mortgage banking industry. Before joining Bayview in 1991, Jeffrey was the manager of Mortgage Warehouse Lending at Southeast Bank, NA, in Miami, FL.

Jeffrey has served as a guest lecturer at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking and its Chief Financial Officers and Financial Analysis Conferences. His articles have appeared in national trade publications including Community Banker and Mortgage Servicing News. He is also active in many community service organizations, including past treasurer of the Jewish Community Services, Inc., a leading South Florida non-profit agency.

Jeffrey and his wife, Dalia, have one daughter, Ivan
