Fund Purpose
Support the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program. Preference shall be given to students who are from Palm Beach County, Florida. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation undergraduate Florida students from low income families.
