Ardelle McGray
Established in 2014 by Kenneth McGray in memory of his wife Ardelle and in recognition of the outstanding care provided to her by Dr. Steven Hughes and his team. This fund supports pancreatic cancer research and improvements in diagnostic methods for pancreatic cancer.
Ardelle received a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education from Cedar Crest College and a Masters from Lehigh University also in Elementary Education. She taught school in Cohoes, NY and Bethlehem, PA before leaving to raise a family.
A devoted wife and mother Ardelle was actively involved in the First Presbyterian Church of Wildwood Florida, the Association of American University Women (AAUW) and Deliver the Difference which strives to change lives one meal at a time.
She was a giving person who enjoyed the company of her grandchildren immensely.
Ardelle passed away in 2014
