Celia Lipton Farris and Victor W. Farris Foundation Florida Opportunity Scholars Fund

Fund Purpose
The spendable income from the Fund shall be used to support students at the University in the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then the income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students with low family incomes.
