The Center for Landscape Conservation and Ecology promotes the protection and preservation of Florida’s natural resources and quality of life through responsible landscape management. Its mission is to conduct interdisciplinary research and provide science-based education on urban landscape practices to protect and conserve Florida’s natural resources. Its vision is to be the leading source of science-based information and innovations for landscape practices in the urban environment in Florida.
