GA: 2/3 of income to support 4-H programming at the discretion of the Associate Dean 4-H State Program Leader; priority given to programs that emphasize workforce readiness. 1/3 to support scholarships for 4-H youth to attend state or national level events including but not limited to 4-H state Legislation, Citizenship Washington Focus, National 4-H Congress, etc. (See GA for details)
