Fund Purpose
Trust: Provide funding for the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program. The scholarship shall not be restricted to using "interest only", but, in the reasonable discretion of the administrators, all funds be used to best serve the needy students for which they were intended; even if this means the exhaustion of principal.
