Proctor Family Fund for Innovation Research in Communications Theory
This fund was established in 2013 by James and Barbara Proctor to support research in the University of Florida Department of Electrical and Computing Engineering in the field of communications, including but not limited to wireless communication and digital signal processing.
James earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Florida in 1963.
