This fund was established by Paul M. Deutsch in 2013 to support research at the University of Florida for the severely disabled, including quadriplegics, burn victims and the psychological implications of these conditions.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in education in 1983, a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling in 1972 and a doctorate degree in marriage and family counseling in 1983, all from the University of Florida.
