Fund Purpose
The spendable income from the Fund shall support students at the University in the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then the income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students with low family incomes.

This fund was established in 2013 by the Central Florida Gator Club® to support students at the University of Florida in the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program.
Gator Clubs® are affiliated organizations of the UF Alumni Association and exist to support the mission, of teaching, research and service, for both the Alumni Association and the University of Florida.
