Will: Income shall be used solely for scholarships for either undergraduate or graduate students in the College of Education: candidates for these scholarships shall be determined on the basis of need and ability, by an appropriate selection committee. (See Will)

This fund was established in 2013 by the estate of Geraldine C. Turner in memory of her sister Amber V. Turner. This fund supports scholarships for undergraduate or graduate students in the College of Education.
Amber received a master’s degree in education from the University of Florida in 1953. She taught business education before retiring in 1995.
