Fund Purpose
The spendable income of the Fund shall be used to support students at the University in the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students with low family incomes.

This fund was established in 2013 by the Weaver Family Foundation Fund to support students at the University of Florida in the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program.
