Fund Purpose
The spendable income of the Fund shall be used to support Chris and Bernie Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarships awards. If the program ceases to exist, then spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students from low income families.

This fund was established in 2013 by a group of donors to support students at the University of Florida in the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program.
